Some things on the internet

First, The Big Big BMX Show #6 is up at Vital BMX and in it, you can catch Jim Bauer, McGoo and Chris Moeller discussing CPSC testing and helmet use.

Second, our Twitter page is constantly being updated. You’ll see things on there not found anywhere else, such as Matt Beringer’s custom made guard for the Ratchet. We even recently put up a quick contest in there to win Ribcage rims and Tanwalls tires! Subscribe to the feed and keep checking the tweets.

Third, we have a few backgrounds floating around that you can use for your MySpace, Vital, blog or whatever websites you might have going on. Hit up the jump to check those out.

To use these on your profiles and blogs, here’s what you do:

  • Copy the code that’s in the box underneath the background you want to use
  • If you DON’T have any custom design stuff going on in your profile already, add <style> before it and </style> after it
  • If you DO have custom design stuff going on, look for </style> and paste the code BEFORE it
  • For Vital BMX profiles: replace the word “body” with “div#page-background

Typically, you place this at the END of your About Me section or where it says to place custom styles. If you need help or get confused with how to use it, send an e-mail to: webbackgrounds@odysseybmx.com.
