Here’s a quick overview of our new Clutch Pro freecoaster, which is available now. This video gives a general explanation of the overall hub itself along with a tutorial on the external slack adjustment feature.

Clutch Pro Freecoaster Hub

Introducing the CLUTCH PRO freecoaster hub. Yes, this is the hub that Matt Nordstrom, Dennis Enarson, Broc Raiford, Johnny Raekes and more have been riding for some time.

The evolution of our proven Clutch freecoaster hub continues. The Clutch Pro comes built with an all-new bearing equipped drag mechanism for smooth backpedaling and fast crankflips.

Based on direct feedback from Odyssey team riders, the Clutch Pro also features all-new plastic guard designs. The drive side guard provides maximum coverage to the chain and spokes while eliminating the need to spread the frame’s dropouts during installation, which can be detrimental to the frame’s integrity.

On the hub’s non-drive side, the guard makes use of a new shape for improved spoke coverage and durability. To adjust the hub’s slack, a new tool-free external button engages with an internally threaded adjuster, then simply rotating the wheel forward or backward increases or decreases the slack as needed.

The Clutch Pro also comes with a grease port so the hub can be lubricated without disassembly.

This welcome addition to our lineup has been designed to meet the demands of pro-level BMX racing and park/transition riding. Some of Odyssey’s most iconic tires have inspired the Super Circuit’s all-new tread design, with a focus placed on its shallow, grippy tread block depth and K-Lyte Plus casing layup to save weight.

The Super Circuit tire features a fast and smooth center tread, knurling on the side blocks, and it is offered in a competition-ready foldable bead option only.
