Mike Aitken – Soul Interview
Shout out to Fit for putting this up!
Soul BMX ran an interview (in French) that Jeremy Pavia did with Mike a few months ago. We figured plenty of English speakers would want to read it too, so we threw it in a flipbook for you. Mike does a really good job of explaining a lot of tough stuff, so if you’re an Aitken fan, consider this a must-read.
Monolever turns 10!
The Odyssey Monolever turns 10 years old this week. The short, medium and trigger shapes (and the M2 bracket) were designed over three 14 hour days to meet a deadline in June 2003. The short handle was based on an old customized Tech 77 lever that Nuno Oliveira had, and the trigger came from an old ODSY race lever that Jim Cielencki used. Thank you to anyone who has used them over years. We appreciate it.

ODSY VISION: Brandon Webster – Canadian in Austin
Our own young Canadian shredder Brandon Webster made the trek down to a warm-but-welcoming Austin a couple of months ago to ride his bike outside and escape the brutal Toronto winter. As it turns out, it’s much warmer in Austin. Imagine that.

Calling out tricks at the Full Factory Jam
Nate Richter came by the Full Factory jam this weekend with camera in hand. He called out some tricks and captured the good times. There’s a great mix of people in this, so be sure to give it a look.
Thanks to everyone that came out. Til next time…
