Hilario Olivos
At Ease Interview

Click on over to OurBMX.com for an interview with Hilario about filming for AT EASE.

Hilario Olivos is a mild-mannered shredder from Temecula, CA, who has a smooth style, a big bag of tricks, and the mental ability to flip the switch and go big whenever he wants to. He made the sometimes 2+ hour drive from Temecula pretty much weekly to meet up and ride / film with the squad… Dedicated to say the least. Watch Hilario’s part in At Ease and you’ll get a sense of how the dude operates. When out riding you can catch him bird-watching, checking out flowers, picking fruit from a tree for a quick snack, etc. It’s pretty rad how you can tell that when Hilario is on his bike, he’s 100% happy and content, as if BMX is all the man needs in this life. —Zach Krejmas

AT EASE
Behind the Scenes

Hit play to check out a a little behind the scenes look on the making of “At Ease“. Featuring candid footage and words from Preston, Hilario, Jerome and Murray. Video by OurBMX.com.

We tagged along during some of the filming for Odyssey’s latest video, At Ease, and caught some behind the scenes action with Preston Okert, Hilario Olivos, Jerome Odesa, and Murray Loubser. Following the showing of At Ease at Golden Days Bike Shop, we had Preston, Hilario, and Jerome watch the raw cuts of their behind the scenes footage and narrate what was going on (and Murray did the same, back home in South Africa). At Ease is an incredible video featuring bangin’ riding from all of Odyssey’s young-guns, here’s a little glimpse into what went into the filming…

Broc Raiford
In the Volvo

Broc gets in the hot seat for Our BMX’s latest In the Volvo interview.

Broc Raiford has seen some big changes career wise over the last year, including getting on Red Bull and leaving long time sponsor Volume to ride for Sunday. We discuss all of that in detail, as well as his unique concept videos for Odyssey, Broc’s art side-project Tough World Co, and so much more when Broc got in the Volvo for an afternoon. *Please excuse the low-fi wizzing sound that starts up about half-way through the video (sometimes 30-plus year old cars make odd sounds) and I also began to loose my voice as well.

Broc talks about WALKWAYS

Our BMX has a sick Q&A and photo gallery about Broc’s recent WALKWAYS video. Click on over to check it out.

If the heart of street riding is well, the streets, then sidewalks are the veins. The very blood of street riding flows through these concrete pedestrian pathways. Broc Raiford hit ’em like a heart attack last week with his new Walkways video for Odyssey. What’s it like to film an absolutely bangin’ video part entirely on sidewalks? Let Broc tell ya…

Traveller Bag Review and Contest Giveaway

Our BMX did an awesome and honest review of our Travel Bag, and as a bonus, they’re also giving one away! Watch until the end of the video to find out how and they’ll pick a winner next Monday (7/29).

I travel quite a lot, so having a bag that fits my bike is pretty important to me. You wanna know what’s also important? Not getting charged a bunch of money for taking my bike on flights. Some airlines will hit you with massive fees if you want to take your bike, so it’s been pretty typical to use a golf bag of some sort to hide your bike on trips. Well, Odyssey has come out with the Traveler Bag and I wanted to see if it worked for me…
