Dave king and Magilla who are in town building jumps for the x-games stopped by yesterday also to hang out and pick up some parts before their flight. It was good to see those guys again.
We will see who else stops by.

Why do foreigners have such a better life? These Australians guys I just met today are having a whole summer roadtrip all across the USA. They are driving around the US and Canada in thier sweet Green Dodge camper van. Vancouver-Seattle-Portland-Vegas-SoCal-Salt Lake City-Austin-New Mexico-Louisville-Ohio-New York……etc. Take a hint from them and get off the couch. If you meet Jon and Michael at your skatepark/trails/street riding, say hi. They are nice guys and might even allow you to let them sleep at your house. You may even get to sign the Van.
…Employee of the week.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Elementary Stem Wins International Design Competition
The Odyssey Elementary Stem has been awarded with a “Design Distinction” prize in the Equipment Category of I.D. Magazine’s 2005 Annual Design Review issue. The stem was one of 150 winners that was recognized from a field of approximately 2000 submissions, and shares the pages with entries from Nike, Apple Computer, Adidas, BMW, Jet Blue, Burton Snowboards and more. The July/August 2005 issue of I.D. is on shelves at major book sellers now.
From I.D. Magazine:
“Since 1954, the Annual Design Review has recognized the best in product, furniture, graphic and environment design, from the iconic to the obscure. Throughout the years, this annual showcase has chronicled the evolution of design, and highlighted its impact on our material and visual culture.
Each year, the featured work is chosen by a jury of leading practitioners, who, along with I.D.’s editorial team, focus the abundance of submissions into a clear survey of the state of design. The resulting overview is published in the July/August issue of I.D. magazine
