In April of 2020, we ran an online #odysseyhotseat design contest which allowed the community to try their hand at designing a cool seat. We provided the template, and they uploaded their art. The winning seats get put into a one time LIMITED EDITION production run. We chose 3 winners overall, and the second one (above) can be found at shops and odysseybmx.com . Designed by @soy.doodle.

The crew came in 2nd place for the 2021 Source BMX Battle of The Brands challenges contest. As you can tell from the video, good times were had by all (which is the most important part). Broc Raiford, Gary Young, Travis Hughes, Justin Spriet, Jacob Cable, Zach Krejmas and Scott Marceau held it down for sure.

Time flies. Believe it or not, 5/27/21 marks the 10 year anniversary of the first Texas Toast Jam. It was a classic DIY event full of good times and it was followed up with 3 more events.

Corey Walsh recently made it public that he’s gay. While he may not be the first openly gay rider in the history of BMX, he is the first major pro to come out at what is considered to be the peak of his game. I truly believe that Corey’s story, message, and outlook are important for everyone to hear. Be nice to people, because as Corey makes clear, you never know what they’re going through.
