Terry Adams update!
Photos by Robby Klein.
Terry Adams sent over a couple new photos and a t-shirt graphic to us recently. He’s been rocking a lot of Flatware goodies on his bike and we’ll have a bike check for him soon. In the mean time, check out these pics.

“It was something I had to do, man.”
“NO IT AINT! NOW YOU’RE GONNA GO TO JAIL FOR IT!”
In the stands
This is a little late but it’s something we’re going to start doing each time we get a new issue in the mail. If you hit up the jump, you’ll find a mini table of contents highlighting Odyssey related pages in the magazines. First up is the latest issues of Dig and Ride (US). I believe we have a Ride UK and Cream floating around in the office somewhere but I’m having trouble tracking them down.
What’s in a name?
Back in 1985, the original owner, brother of the current owner Richard, saw the name on the side of a truck. Odyssey. Legend has it that they created the logo in black and white and gave it to his kid to color in. That logo is the logo we now call “retro,” Aaron Ross’ favorite one. – Jim Bauer
Ride BMX has a feature up discussing the origins of company names. Above is the history behind the name “Odyssey”.
Too Much Information?
I just started a rough Twitter page for Odyssey to give you all of the latest info at the drop of a Driver hat.
Are we looking at prototypes? Eating at Wood Ranch? Dodging 18-wheelers with RC cars? In a meeting? Shooting an ad? Designing new stuff? Building wheels? Learning new tricks? Watching “sponsor me” tapes? Admiring graphite pencil drawings of Aaron Ross?
If you care to find out, now you can know.

The hats are available now in select shops/mailorders or on our online store (while supplies last).
Electronical: Gary Young
The first rider section in Electronical belongs to Gary Young and it’s packed with some highly ridiculous moves, smooth style and a couple wild gaps mixed in for good measure. Watch his part above and discover that everything looks better with a Gary Young table thrown in.
When you’re done watching, check out his sweet BMW M Coupe in a BMX vs. Cars feature that Fudger put together over at the Ride website. He’s somewhere in the middle.
Terry Adams and Taj Mihelich
We check Terry Adam’s website and Taj’s blog on the regular so we figured we might as well give each of them some room on our Daily Word. If you look at our sidebar on the right, underneath the “Recent Comments” section, you’ll see the latest 5 updates from each of their blogs.
Electronical: Intro
Over the course of the following weeks, Electronical will be making its official internet debut! Sections will be loaded into our TV and HD downloads will be available on our site. The first one up is the intro section and since it’s short, we’ll be putting another section up later this week.
As always, you can take these videos to your internet abode and this time around, you can even choose the size of the player to fit your blog, website or profile! Select the “LATEST” embed option to get a player that’s automatically updated latest video.
Another Taj Mihelich interview!
Taj is blowing up the internet with another interview. This time, it’s the BMX Union edition. After reading that, you can check out his new bow wow, Monty Mihelich.
Give D! edit
The Give D! crew uploaded a new San Diego edit a couple days ago. As always, there’s plenty of mustaches and good times to go around. Watch it above.
