C.F.L STEM

Frontloaders rejoice!

Above is our new C.F.L stem (Classic Front Loader), which is available now and shipping to our distributors. Our UK distributor even has them now with custom upside down front caps (along with a bunch of other good stuff).

As you can tell from the pics, all the appropriate measures have been taken to give you a good strong lightweight stem. With the C.F.L, Classic stem and the Elementary, we should have everyone covered.

The C.F.L stem has a 53mm reach, and weighs 11.2 ounces. It is available in Black, Gold and White. Click below for one more pic as well.

Sittin’ on Chrome!!!

I took a look at the web today and it seems by bike is all over the place, and that’s weird. I guess this little shout out goes to the 3 pages on BG and the name mention on SPRFLS. I am going to take a minute here to answer the questions I have seen and to straighten out all of the inaccuracies that are floating around. Hope this helps.-ben

BLUE BLOOD/BLUE MARBLE

Blue Blood / Blue Marble

More new products are in…

This time, we have the Blue Blood Trailmix pedals (looseball), and Blue Marble Adam Banton and Team grips seen above. Click the pic for bigger view.

These will be shipping out to distros soon. Contact your local shop/mailorder or Odyssey Distributor for more info.

TANWALL TIRES

Nuno rolling on Tanwalls

UPDATE: AVAILABLE NOW!

Some of you eagle-eyed the Tanwall tires in those riding pics that Jim posted from the other day, and emails/comments began.

Above is a better pic of my bike with the Tanwall tires so you can check them out. The front is a knobby Aitken, and the rear is a Path. The label on the tire is not right, so disregard that.

These Tanwall tires are being made to “look” like old school skinwalls, but are way more durable as the casings coincide with what we are offering now. Actual skinwalls wouldn’t hold up very well these days, but the Tanwalls will.

These are a few months out. More info soon.

OS-BMX DAY

A bunch of us were on hand at the OS-BMX meet in Long Beach, CA this weekend.

There was a bunch of amazing old school bikes and bmx legends on hand. The pic above is from a vendor who was selling old Odyssey caliper brakes, and other assorted stuff.

Check out Defgrip for a bunch of pics from the day.

SNEAK PEEK: iPedals/Grips

We have begun taking pre-orders from our distributors for the above pedals and grips. We approved these samples a little while ago, and its going to be impossible to keep these on the low, so we are showing this stuff a bit earlier than we normally would.

The pedals are the ubiquitous PC’s, and the Grips are the Griswalds. You may remember seeing the Griswald grips from pics of Interbike last year, and they will finally be out soon.

The iPedals and iGrips will be available within 2 months in the following clear colors:

Blueberry
Grape
Graphite
Lime
Strawberry
Tangerine

Contact your local shop/mailorder if you want to get some on order.

You can click on the pic to see it bigger.

AARON ROSS CLIP

Check out this sweet clip of the Bossman, courtesy of Devon Hutchins site.

Devon has also put up a bunch of pics too, so check them out.
