Matthias Dandois – How to Whiplash

If you want to learn how to whiplash, this how-to with Matthias is as thorough as it gets. Though the whole thing is in French, it’s all subtitled in English. Très Bien!

Gary Young – Print Ad / Wallpaper
Here’s another wallpaper from our ad archives. This one ran in issue 7 of The Albion and features one of those setups you jokingly point out to your friends without thinking anybody would ever actually do it… unless Gary Young happens to be around. Jump off the roof and grind on that rail? Sure, no problem.
I bet after pulling this clean, he played a 100+ point word on somebody in Words With Friends. Photo by Justin Kosman.
George Boyd – How to 180 Wallride
I started watching this how-to and my mind went on a weird tangent… a 180 wallride is essentially a 360 fakie on a vert quarterpipe with horrible transitions (consisting of only two inclines at complementary angles). Then I started thinking, well, if I were to follow that logic, a wallride would essentially just be pumping a vert quarterpipe with horrible transitions, too.
It’s kind of a weird way to look at it but with this new perspective and listening to the tips George gives in this how to makes 180 Wallrides seem a lot less complicated (credit foster here). Unless, of course, I just really confused you guys with my thoughts.
If that’s the case, forget what I wrote and just hit play. Ride BMX and George Boyd has you covered.
Tom Dugan – Bike Check

Texas Toast Jam – Toast Vans now for Sale
We teamed up with Vans to create 100 custom limited edition pairs of “Authentics” for this year’s Texas Toast Jam. These “Toast” Vans were only available during the event, which successfully went down on October 13-14.
If you missed out on these, now is your chance to grab some for a good cause. We have a very small amount left in various sizes available now, with 100% of the proceeds going to ARF (The Athlete Recovery Fund). ARF provided medical staff for this years Texas Toast Jam and has helped many riders with health care in their time of need.
These are the LAST Texas Toast Jam shoes in the world, so take advantage of this extremely limited offer. Your purchase not only lands you some sweet and rare Vans, but shows you support BMX and its riders too.
Texas Toast Jam Vans shoes are available HERE.
Thank you.
Aaron Ross – Wallpaper
Remember that one time when Aaron had a job as a paper boy in Terry’s neighborhood? He wasn’t very good at it and I’m pretty sure he got fired shortly after his first day. Oh well, at least he didn’t quit his day job as a professional bike rider.
Here’s a new wallpaper for you. Download and enjoy.
Aaron & Eric – Sunday’s Canada Vacation
This new video that Sunday Bikes just dropped has plenty of great riding in it from Eric, Aaron and the rest of the Sunday crew.
Alexander “Shurva” Rudenko
First off, spoiler alert, Shurva stomps out a solid 720 down a set of stairs in this. There’s also a handful of other very notable clips in this so make sure to watch it. Shurva’s a shredder and reps us through Big Toys Shop in the Ukraine.
