We showed you guys the video tweet from the other day and now, fresh off the phone, here’s the mini edit. This whole video was shot and edited on his iPhone and then quickly uploaded to YouTube. As I type this update, Terry is still wet from his riding session!
Rail Session w/Adam!
Adam Banton, Josh Betley and Kevin Kiraly had a fun flat rail session not too long ago and here are some raw clips from it.
Rust Heap Bike
We helped Mike Ardelean put together this bike recently. It’s custom built for UNIV and it turned out amazing. It’s not very often you see a rusty looking bike that looks classy as well. Mike did a real great job piecing it all together. Make sure to check out UNIV’s website for some bonus action shots of Mike, Jim Bauer and Gary Young taking the bike for a spin.
Terry’s 1st Video Tweet
Terry Adams waited 5 hours in line for the new iPhone today and he just sent us a link to his first video tweet. This clip’s just a test and he plans on putting together a rad edit for you guys to enjoy! Follow him on twitter/terryadamsbmx to keep up.
Oh and he had Raising Canes chicken fingers for lunch today.
Sneak Peek: Convertible
RideBMX.com recently did a spotlight on a new seat post weve been working on. Its called the Convertible and it will work with both Pivotal and railed seats. The Convertibles design provides a traditional offset that is not found on the average Pivotal post. A lot of riders lean toward a seat position that is not achievable with a zero-offset post, so if you ever wanted to run your Pivotal seat pushed back, or forward, the Convertible will now allow you to do it.
An uncut Convertible Post, without guts, weighs approximately 4.3 ounces. Its unique forged design allows the post to be slammed without leaving the seat excessively high. If youre not interested in the offset, the guts will obviously work with all other Pivotal posts and Pivotal compatible frames as well. Rather than simply rebrand a zero-offset Pivotal post, we wanted to provide another option for riders to pick from when looking for more flexibility with their bike set ups. Watch the video and Nuno will show you more.
The Vault edit with locals and SD crew!
Gary Young, Hoang Tran, Tom Perry, Kyle Hart and a handful of other SD dudes came up for the weekend to check out The Vault skatepark. RideBMX.com came out and put together this nice edit. Along side Gary’s big 360 tabes, you’ll catch Ohio’s manny 180 prowess and Hoang’s ninja-like nose-manual abilities.
